What?
- We serve made-to-order pizzas, sandwiches, salads, pasta, espresso and dessert
- We pour a variety of bottled beers (domestics, imports, belgium-style) & wines
- Our eclectic stage features acoustic music, storytelling, open mics and comedy

When?
- Alexis and her cafe have survived here since 1996!
- Open in the evenings 'til the action winds down.
- Closed on sundays and mondays (unless otherwise noted)

Who?
- Alexis Sanfield (aka Chef Amber), sole proprietor, chef, world traveler, hostess extraordinaire
- Various artists, pimps, students, lawyers, CEO's and players
- Assorted politicians, convicts, out-of-towners and babysitters

What else?
- We do not take reservations. Arrive early
- There is no dress code, wear something wierd
- We change things often & are somewhat unpredictable
- We do not have sliced citrus for your ice water or iced tea. Besides, you should be drinking beer
